Every year, PIEL UK recruits a new committee of primarily London-based students to organise and run the annual conference. Through their experience on the committee it is hoped that students will have an opportunity to explore the complex world of environmental law; make contacts with a range of experts; and gain experience of leading, organising, and delivering a highly informative event.
This year, due to the likelihood that the 2021 conference is going to take place online, we are opening up committee positions to students across the UK. The students can be undertaking any University degree (does not have to be law). More information about the available positions is attached. We are hosting a webinar outlining the roles for the committee in the first week of October, please register your interest to attend by clicking on this link. If you cannot attend the webinar but wish to apply for a committee role, please fill out the SurveyMonkey survey and we will be in touch.
